Color Negative and Positive Correlation Coefficients Differently
When an HTML Matrix is chosen, you can further impact the color-coding by checking (clicking) the "Color negative and positive correlations differently" box. As you will see when results display, the matrix is color coded to reflect the intensity of correlation, with ratings ranging from high correlation to minimal correlation. Depending upon your selection here, negative and positive correlation coefficients can be colored the same, as long as they share the same absolute value (not checked) or they can be different, with the range of colors spanning from highly positively correlated (red) to strongly negatively correlated (orange), when checked. A key will be provided for either choice.
