Browser Access
Previous  Top  Next

The Browser Access feature is intended for those who already have accounts with older proxy Internet services or who cannot use the "Internet" access feature because they don't use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher. This method is recommend for users of Netscape and other alternatives, but can be used with Internet Explorer if desired. Be aware that it requires more user input for retrieving and storing data than the other methods. See the next topic for more information.

Most forms of browser access require that you have a subscription with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as AOL, Earthlink, etc. The user, not CSI, is responsible for all connection charges, including long-distance, dial-up and ISP charges, associated with data retrieval from CSI.
