We  have moved to a larger internet backbone increasing our connection speed  by about 30 percent. The down time experienced was due to the change  from one service to another, which unfortunately took slightly longer  then expected.<\/p>\n<p><span>The service should be up and running. <\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span><span>However if you still experience any issues please change the IP Address in Unfair Advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Double click <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Launch UA<\/span> on your Windows Desktop,<\/span><br \/>\n<span>select <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">PREFERENCES<\/span> along the top,<\/span><br \/>\n<span>to the left click <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">INTERNET<\/span> right below DOWNLOAD PREFERENCES,<\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span>change the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">PRIMARY SERVER NAME <\/span><br \/>\n<span>from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ua.csidata.com<\/span> to <\/span>either<br \/>\n<span><\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">63.138.17.102<\/span><span> <\/span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">OR<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">63.138.17.103<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Click the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">OK<\/span> button to save the changes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Hit the DOWNLOAD DATA or GET DATA button along the top.<\/span><span><\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph editable-text\" style=\" text-align: left; \"><span><\/span>In a few days you are advised to go back into UA | PREFERENCES | INTERNET and click the RESET button to restore the original settings.
