Internet Access

Internet Access is the preferred method of data retrieval with Unfair Advantage. It is a fast, economical means of data delivery that is accessible to users all over the world.

During a data retrieval session, the UA software automatically transmits detailed information on the time period and data categories needed, allowing the CSI host computer to quickly transmit the information to your computer without web surfing or tedious requests.

Internet Access Tips

·Internet access requires the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher.
·Internet access requires that you have a subscription with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as AOL, Earthlink, etc. The user, not CSI, is responsible for all connection charges associated with data retrieval from CSI.
·Internet access may use dial-up, wireless, DSL, cable or satellite connections.

UA will attempt to make an Internet connection if one is not "always on" for your computer, so you should set your computer to connect automatically.
